Matthew
Matthew represents the next generation of the Olympus LKN community. When he’s not helping out around the gym, he’s actively involved in sports - pitching for his Lake Norman baseball team, playing basketball, and developing his game in tennis.
His involvement reflects what Olympus LKN stands for: creating an environment where younger athletes can grow, develop, and be inspired by the training culture around them.

Brandon
I am a recent Exercise Science graduate with a passion for powerlifting and problem-solving.
As I aim to work as an athletic trainer and compete at a high level in powerlifting, I have a strong desire to help others achieve their goals in health and fitness.
Outside the gym, I love spending my off time playing sports, recreational games, and thrifting for a new wardrobe.
If you have any questions about health/fitness or want to know more about me, feel free to say hi!

Josh
With over 8 years of experience in personal training, I bring a results-driven approach rooted in both education and real athletic performance. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of human movement, exercise science, and performance development. My specialties include strength and conditioning, speed and agility training, and overall athletic performance enhancement.
With a football background spanning over 20 years, including one year at the professional arena level, I understand firsthand the discipline, consistency, and training required to compete at a high level. I apply that same mindset when working with clients, whether they are athletes looking to elevate their game or individuals focused on improving strength, conditioning, and overall fitness.
